📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Dunlap Signature And Notary Services, LLC, we value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation and no-show policy below to help ensure smooth and respectful scheduling for all clients.

❗ General Notary Services

Per North Carolina law, we do not charge a cancellation fee for general notarial acts (e.g., acknowledgments, jurats, oaths).
However, travel or convenience fees associated with mobile appointments are non-refundable if canceled with less than 2 hours’ notice.

🚗 Mobile & Travel Appointments

Cancellations made with at least 2 hours’ notice will receive a refund of any travel fees paid.
If less than 2 hours’ notice is given, or the signer is not present upon arrival, the travel fee is non-refundable, and the appointment will be considered a no-show.

⏱️ Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is given. After that, the appointment may be marked as a no-show at the notary's discretion.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional travel fee.
